These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of The Mindstars website and your purchase of and participation in sessions offered by The Mindstars. By using our website or booking a session, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

 

Please read these Terms carefully before booking. Key provisions include: our Non-Refundable Payment Policy (Section 5), our No Guarantee of Outcomes disclaimer (Section 6), our limitation of liability (Section 8), and the nature of our services (Section 3).

 

SECTION 1

Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

 

“The Mindstars”  , “we”, “us”, or “our” means The Mindstars (operated by The Mindstars, a sole-proprietorship / private practice, hereinafter referred to as “The Mindstars”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

“Client”  , “you”, or “your” means any individual who uses our website, makes an enquiry, or purchases a session.

“Session”  means any live, pre-paid, one-to-one astrological and psychological self-knowledge consultation offered by The Mindstars, including but not limited to Birth Chart Sessions, Pattern Sessions, Timing Sessions, Relationship Sessions, and Deep Sessions.

“Written Summary”  means the post-session written document delivered by The Mindstars within 48 hours of a completed session.

“Services”  means all sessions, written summaries, and ancillary products offered by The Mindstars.

“Website”  means www.themindstars.com and all associated pages and subdomains.

 

SECTION 2

Eligibility

2.1.  Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase or attend a session with The Mindstars. By completing a booking, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

2.2.  Capacity

By booking a session, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that you are not subject to any legal disability that would prevent you from doing so.

2.3.  Geographic Scope

Our services are available globally. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of our services complies with the laws and regulations of your country of residence.

 

SECTION 3

Nature of Services

 

THE MINDSTARS PROVIDES ASTROLOGICAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL SELF-KNOWLEDGE SESSIONS. OUR SERVICES ARE FOR PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THEY ARE NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR PROFESSIONAL MEDICAL, PSYCHIATRIC, PSYCHOLOGICAL, THERAPEUTIC, LEGAL, FINANCIAL, OR ANY OTHER LICENSED PROFESSIONAL ADVICE OR TREATMENT.

 

3.1.  Self-Knowledge Service

The Mindstars offers astrological and psychological self-knowledge sessions that use natal chart analysis and psychological frameworks to explore patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaviour. These sessions are educational and exploratory in nature.

3.2.  Not Medical or Mental Health Treatment

Our services are not medical treatment, psychiatric care, psychotherapy, counselling, or any form of regulated mental health service. The Mindstars is not a licensed medical practitioner, psychiatrist, psychologist, or therapist. Nothing in our sessions constitutes a clinical diagnosis, treatment plan, or therapeutic intervention.

3.3.  Not Professional Advice

Nothing communicated in a session or written summary constitutes legal, financial, medical, or professional advice of any kind. You should not act or refrain from acting on any information or insight provided in a session without first taking appropriate independent professional advice.

3.4.  If You Are in Crisis

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal ideation, acute psychiatric symptoms, or any other situation requiring immediate professional intervention, please contact a licensed mental health professional, a crisis helpline, or emergency services immediately. Our services are not appropriate for or designed to address clinical mental health emergencies.

3.5.  Complementary Use

Our services are designed to complement, not replace, professional mental health care, therapy, or coaching. We actively encourage clients who are managing mental health conditions to do so under the supervision of appropriately qualified professionals.

 

SECTION 4

Booking and Confirmation

4.1.  Booking Process

To book a session, you must complete the booking process on our website, submit your personal and birth details via our pre-session form, and make full payment. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of cleared payment and confirmation email from The Mindstars.

4.2.  Pre-Session Form

You are required to complete our pre-session form accurately and honestly. Providing false or misleading birth data will materially affect the quality of the session. The Mindstars accepts no liability for reduced session quality resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client.

4.3.  Accuracy of Birth Data

You accept that the accuracy of the astrological analysis depends significantly on the accuracy of your birth information, particularly birth time. If you do not have a confirmed birth time, please inform us before the session so we can adjust our approach accordingly.

 

SECTION 5

Payment — Non-Refundable Policy

 

ALL PAYMENTS ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE. Please refer to our full Payment Policy for complete details. By completing payment, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of our non-refundable payment terms.

 

5.1.  Payment in Full

Full payment is due at the time of booking. No session will be held without confirmed payment.

5.2.  No Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. This applies regardless of change of mind, personal circumstances, subjective dissatisfaction with session content, or failure to attend.

5.3.  Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session once at no additional charge with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Please refer to our Payment Policy for full rescheduling terms.

5.4.  Exceptional Circumstances

In the event of a session cancellation caused solely by The Mindstars, we will offer a rescheduled session or session credit. No cash refund will be issued in any circumstance.

 

SECTION 6

No Guarantee of Outcomes

 

THE MINDSTARS MAKES NO GUARANTEE, WARRANTY, OR REPRESENTATION THAT ANY SESSION WILL PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR OUTCOME, INSIGHT, IMPROVEMENT, RESOLUTION, OR RESULT. SESSION OUTCOMES DEPEND ON MULTIPLE FACTORS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL, INCLUDING YOUR ENGAGEMENT, PERSONAL CIRCUMSTANCES, AND INDIVIDUAL PSYCHOLOGY.

 

6.1.  Subjective Service

Astrological and psychological self-knowledge sessions are inherently subjective and interpretive. Different clients will experience different levels of resonance, recognition, and utility from the same quality of analysis. We do not represent that every session will be equally impactful for every person.

6.2.  No Therapeutic Guarantee

We do not guarantee that participation in a session will produce any change in behaviour, emotional state, mental health, relationship quality, professional performance, or any other aspect of your life. Self-knowledge is a tool. What you do with it is your responsibility and your choice.

6.3.  No Predictive Guarantee

We do not make predictions about specific future events, outcomes, relationships, or circumstances. Our timing analysis describes developmental cycles and psychological themes — not specific events. The absence of a predicted event does not constitute grounds for a complaint or claim.

6.4.  Individual Variability

The outcomes of any session vary based on the quality of the information provided by the client, the client’s willingness to engage openly with the analysis, the client’s individual psychology and readiness, and factors entirely beyond the control of The Mindstars.

6.5.  No Success Guarantee

The Mindstars expressly disclaims any guarantee of success, improvement, or transformation. Clients who book sessions do so on the understanding that outcomes are variable, subjective, and not guaranteed.

 

SECTION 7

Client Responsibilities

7.1.  Honest Engagement

You agree to engage with sessions honestly and in good faith, including providing accurate birth data and genuine descriptions of your questions and circumstances in the pre-session form.

7.2.  Appropriate Use

You agree to use our services only for lawful personal development purposes. You must not record, reproduce, or distribute session content without prior written consent from The Mindstars.

7.3.  Respectful Conduct

You agree to conduct yourself respectfully during all interactions with The Mindstars, including live sessions. We reserve the right to terminate a session immediately if a client engages in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.

7.4.  Independent Judgment

You acknowledge that all decisions you make following a session — personal, professional, relational, financial, or otherwise — are your own. The Mindstars is not responsible for any decisions made in reliance on session content.

 

SECTION 8

Limitation of Liability

 

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE MINDSTARS’ TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC SESSION GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

 

8.1.  Exclusion of Consequential Loss

The Mindstars shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of business, loss of opportunity, emotional distress, or any other loss arising from your use of or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8.2.  No Liability for Third-Party Actions

We are not liable for any harm caused by decisions you make following a session, actions taken by third parties, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8.3.  No Liability for Technical Disruptions

We are not liable for disruptions to sessions caused by factors outside our control, including internet failure, platform outages, or hardware failure on the client’s side.

8.4.  Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indian law.

 

SECTION 9

Intellectual Property

9.1.  Ownership

All content on The Mindstars website, including text, images, logos, session frameworks, written summaries, and methodology, is the intellectual property of The Mindstars and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

9.2.  Personal Use Only

Your written summary is provided for your personal use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, or create derivative works from any content produced by The Mindstars without prior written consent.

9.3.  No Recording Without Consent

You may not record, screenshot, or capture any part of a live session without our express prior written consent. Session recordings provided to you upon request are strictly for your personal use and must not be shared, published, or distributed.

 

SECTION 10

Confidentiality

10.1.  Our Commitment

We treat all information shared in sessions as confidential. We do not share session content, personal disclosures, or birth data with any third party except as required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy.

10.2.  Limits of Confidentiality

Confidentiality may be overridden where we are required by law to disclose information, or where we have reasonable grounds to believe that there is a serious and imminent risk of harm to you or another person.

 

SECTION 11

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

11.1.  Governing Law

Jurisdiction: India. These documents are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

11.2.  Amicable Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from these Terms or our services, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through direct communication. Please contact us at Contact: hello@themindstars.com.

11.3.  Jurisdiction

If amicable resolution is not achieved within 30 days of written notice of a dispute, any claims shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

 

SECTION 12

Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.

 

SECTION 13

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
