Your date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth. This information is required to prepare your astrological chart and is central to the service we provide. It is collected via our pre-session form and is not shared with third parties.
2.3. Session Content
Notes, observations, and information you share with us during pre-session forms, the live session itself, or any follow-up communications. This information is used solely to prepare and conduct your session and to produce your written summary.
2.4. Payment Information
When you purchase a session, payment is processed through a third-party payment gateway (such as Razorpay, Stripe, or similar). We do not store your card details on our systems. Payment processors have their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
2.5. Technical Data
When you visit our website, we may collect standard technical information including your IP address, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other technology on the devices you use to access our website. This data is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Section 7).

How We Use Your Information

To prepare your natal chart, conduct your session, produce your written summary, and fulfil our contractual obligations to you.
3.2. Communication
To respond to your enquiries, send session confirmations, deliver your written summary, and provide any follow-up information you have requested.
3.3. Record Keeping
To maintain accurate records of sessions conducted, for our own administrative and quality-assurance purposes.
3.4. Legal Compliance
To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and legal processes, including responding to lawful requests from public authorities.
3.5. Service Improvement
In anonymised and aggregated form only, to analyse patterns in how our services are used and to improve the quality and structure of our offerings. Individual session content is never used for this purpose without explicit written consent.
IMPORTANT We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We do not use your birth data or session content for any purpose other than the delivery of the service you have booked. |

5.1. Session Records
We retain your name, contact information, birth data, and written session summary for a period of three (3) years from the date of your most recent session. After this period, records are securely deleted unless there is a legal obligation to retain them for longer.
5.2. Payment Records
Payment transaction records are retained for seven (7) years in accordance with applicable Indian tax and accounting legislation.
5.3. Communications
Email correspondence and enquiry records are retained for two (2) years from the date of the last communication, after which they are deleted.
5.4. Right to Erasure
You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at Contact: hello@themindstars.com. We will fulfil erasure requests within thirty (30) days, subject to any legal retention obligations that prevent immediate deletion.
